Tia and I have been designing spaces together since 2000. She lives and designs in England, and I live and design in New Jersey, which makes what we offer so special. You are getting two designers for the price of one, as we are constantly bouncing ideas off of each other. Our collaboration provides a European and classic American slant to our projects. We specialize in warm and inviting spaces. We can redesign your home using your current furnishings while bringing in missing elements, start fresh with new furniture, or a combination of both. There is nothing fussy about our aesthetic. We like to mix all styles of design to create an eclectic feel in every room. We try to save our clients money where we can, so we don't jump to overhaul a space if it is not necessary. There have been many times that we have borrowed from different rooms to create a completely new look. That being said, when an extensive change is desired, we are there every step of the way. We work within our client's budget, and what they are looking to achieve with a new design. Designing is patience, listening and creating WITH your client, not FOR your client. It is our belief that cozy, warm spaces are achieved when it appears that purchases were made over time, with great thought and love for every item. Our goal is to create accessible, affordable rooms at any price point because your surroundings do matter. The home you live in will effect your mood, your mindset and your soul. We strive to create a calm environment that gives you peace and joy. Our clients matter, their homes matter, and we make sure that they are comfortable every step of the way. Designing new construction or newly purchased spaces If you are building a new home, or simply moving into a newly purchased home, we can create a design plan for you. We take the time to learn about your likes and dislikes. We will work with you to create a beautiful model-home that suits your personality. We pull together your paint colors, your furnishings, your window treatments, and work with any budget. If you are looking to design one room or the entire house, we are here to make your space comfortable and welcoming. Redesigning spaces with existing décor Are you looking to pull your rooms together, but do not know where to start? We love the challenge of taking existing pieces and making them look new again just by changing their location in your home. We can add a few small purchases to an existing room to bring it new life. You don't have to spend a fortune to make a difference in any space. The 'WOW' factor can be achieved on any budget. Staged to Sell Do you need to stage your home to sell? We can create spacious, inviting rooms that will appeal to the masses at the highest price. We pack away existing items that are not needed while the house is showing. We use your existing furnishes, but move them around as is necessary to create a pleasing appearance in every room. We bring in decorative items that are necessary to complete the space. |
